"The room was not like advertised there were dirty blankets and towels with stains. The cabinet doors were completely broken off the frame of the closet. The whole floor smelled like cigarettes and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. There was mold in the shower and no hot water and it smelled like sewage in there very disgusting. The beds look like they hadn’t been cleaned in months built up dirt everywhere and there was trash under the beds. There was no proper locks on the door so it was very sketchy. Over all horrible experience "

"Extreme bad!!!! First, the hotel has changed. There is no sign to say hotiday. And it is on one way street. I cycle the road for one hour and I finally went in to ask. Second. It says free parking. The car park is full and there are no street parking. Very very bad. Lastly. I stay Friday to Tuesday. Entire stay, WiFi is down. Nobody fixes. The explain is “it is weekend”. I want my full money back. I wasted so much my money on my phone roaming, time for parking. Nothing good about this place at all. Very very very unpleasant "

"Excellebt bed!!!! Ibusually sleep bad and wobt stay in bed long but i slept so well and i just didnt want to getvout of it. The breakfast for 6 euro is more like a free brunch. Delicious fresh, perfect start for a florence walking day. Location nearby a tram station. Many atm machines, aboid the paribas one which has awful exchabge rate. Graxzie mille, ritornarai a presto!"
