The rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Bathroom is awesome and has everything you need. You have breakfast included and it is amazing. Bus station is right behind the hotel and you can go anywhere from there. The staff are very kind.

Large hotel with limited parking. Large rooms but bathrooms need updating & modernising. Good breakfast but aimed more at the mass tourist market. The added benefit was that our 2no dogs were allowed at the hotel for an additional cost

This is a great hotel with excellent service and breakfast included. Rooms are big and modern. Great wifi. Horrible public transportation to get to hotel from Prato train station. It takes all 1.5 with bus and walk. Prato station is only 15 km from Florence Santa Maria central station. Bests way to get to hotel is by taxi from Prato central station. Approximately 10 euros. 7 minutes taxi ride to hôtel than 1.5 by bus.

The hotel room was a little dirty but the staff at the front desk were very rude and not super friendly. The hotel parking lot was very dirty and have a bad impression. Also the toilet is way too close to the door where it causes discomfort at times. The breakfast was delicious and super fresh fruit.

Where do I start this hotel looks decent in the pictures but don’t let it fool you it is NOT what it looks like in person, it’s outdated no coffee machine or kettle in the room, no cups or anything bare minimum. The breakfast was horrible the food was all old and stale the eggs were cold and overall not good. The location is okay it’s far from everything and is in a kinda sketchy neighborhood.

Ce qui nous a plu : Un super petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix de l'hôtel. Très bon rapport qualité / prix. La chambre et la salle de bain, bien qu'un peu datés sont grandes et bien équipés, avec en plus un frigo ( très appréciable avec la chaleur ). Le petit moins : Un peu loin de Florence.

Breakfast was poor, transportation to main city is far and the taxi driver charged me $100 Euros to pick me up from Florence city to the hotel after 12 am in New Year’s and from the Airport to the hotel the taxi driver charged me $65 Euros from 15 minutes far apart, with all the money expensed in train and taxi I would have a hotel in the city.
