The hotel was clean and well maintained with pleasant air conditioning. The staff was exceptional. We had a small issue with our door and maintenance came up immediately and fixed it. The hotel was also very convenient, as it is close to the airport.

The carpet was extremely dirty. Big dirty spots all over this carpet And an extremely inappropriate picture on the wall The bathtub was extremely hard to get into I am 5’2 and the tub wall was at least 3ft tall extremely unsafe for a short older person The only two good things I can say is the waitstaff in cafe very accommodating and the taxi service that was ordered arrived in time

No air-conditioning in room even though hotel advertised it has air-conditioning. Room was extremely hot, no ventilation in the bathroom. Hotel gave us a fan for the room but the fan is old and has a smell, it blew warm air so that didn't help much. My friends and I couldn't sleep comfortably at night, we often wake up because it was so hot in the rooms. We stayed there for four nights, two of the nights it was over 80 degrees fahrenheit outside.

It is a good property, as soon as you enter the building you understand you are entering a global chain. The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately there were somethings which according to me were quite unusual. You take all your luggage to your room by yourself. I think that is pretty common trait in Italy. The thing that led me to give 3 stars for the staff was that on my second night, I called the hotel front desk and asked the attendant if I can have some cream for the coffee. The lasy was pretty rude and she told me she was busy and can only bring it to me after half an hour. Unfortunately, nothing ever came or was sent to our room. The hotel’s AC needs some maintenance, first, it was locked at 24 degree celsius, I asked the hotel staff about it and they told me it was locked and they forgot to unlock it. Secondly, even at 19 (you could not go below that) it was not cooling the room. Overall, my visit was good. The pillows were really flat though. Finally, I think, the hotel staff has to be trained according to the international standards of Novotel.
