"The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so I think it’s important Expedia advertises that because a few of the amenities were not available. But otherwise I highly recommend once the hotel is finished. It’s a beautiful property, clean, friendly staff and the location is perfect. It’s nice and quiet, a great spot on the outskirts of Atlanta so you can drive into the city and plenty of shops and food within a reasonable distance. "

"The bar didn’t open as scheduled my first night so I didn’t bother my second night at all. My room was clean except for a moldy smell. I always pack a disinfectant spray that I had to use heavily. I found that there was a mini fridge leak on the carpet on my last day that had the room smelling. Staff never told me that there was an ice machine on the 5th floor so I bought ice my entire trip. Everyone was friendly. They had real caged free eggs and potatoes on the breakfast bar which made eating there alright. I would stay again but next time I will demand accommodations and ask questions."

"Room and staff was great. The AC was terrible. We only stayed 1 night so that's why we did not make a big fuss about it. "

"Pool was disgusting! Look like bird droppings in the pool. Hadn’t been cleaned recently! Our first room, the toilet didn’t work! Second room the toilet worked, but not well! Took forever to check in, antique computers evidently! I could have bought a car quicker! Not a good choice! The reviews claimed “excelant”! Not so much! "

" Ac not in proper working condition. Property littered with trash. Suspicion, unsavory characters(solicitor, homeless) attacking guests and trying to break into rooms. Unprofessional business practices such as not allowing check in on certain days through 3rd party and owned sites causing guests to pay outrageous non 3rd party owned property site costs(very sneaky but obvious) which are driven up on purpose for this sneaky practice. This needs to be corrected. Ots not a good look for Red Roof. Red Roof has great properties its just a few ive stayed at use these practices. Should be investigated and fixed."

"The cable was very old not any good channels. The furniture was a little old as well. It was clean. Breakfast was wonderful. Pool was wonderful but they need to upgrade some of that furniture."

"The Starbucks was closed when we checked in at 3 and the rest of the night on a Saturday which I thought was crazy. Then the pool was clean and lit up and when I asked what time it closes she said it’s not open yet. The pull out couch wasn’t made up. There wasn’t even a top sheet over the mattress. I had to call down for sheets and comforter for it even though upon checking in I let them know I needed a room with a pull out couch. For such an expensive hotel room. I thought I would have at least had the Starbucks open since thats part of why I picked this hotel. "

"Room was clean, staff friendly and parking was good. However, the hotel was on a very busy and noisy road which made resting and sleeping very difficult."
