"This place had 100+ problems. Overall a wore out broke down condo. It was stinky (bathroom ventilation problems) and thick grey mold growing. Bunch of junk in the wore out old kitchen. Checkin was uncertain till the last minute. I’ll never stay there again. "

"Condo, had no hand towels, had no towel or soap racks in bathroom the lighting was very poor in the bathroom, the tv could never be turned off nor the volume changed. The property said it was on the beach but was a full kilometer away and you had to pay $350 pesos to use the beach, they required you eat their food and drink their drinks, but ran out of beer and menu items. The beach was roped off so you could only swim out about 200’, not a good experience "

Also, the room (deluxe single) which I reserved on Expedia was not available when I checked-in, and had to pay extra (more than double) to the host on-site to be able to stay at the two-bed condo they had.
