"The people were friendly. Room was clean.The problem is i was charged extra $300 pesos for pink soap possibly staining the floor towel. Also charged an extra 2% and up to $500 pesos per person taking the free shuttle for traveling from airport to the hotel. Heads up!!! Shuttle is only free for one who booked the hotel. Even if you book it with additional people. I guess they want your family to walk. I will never go or recommend them to anyone. It would be different if the driver said your family cost extra. Or the lady at the counter said, your family cost extra. This is one the highest recommend places to be. Such a disappointment with hidden fees. Maybe it just extra for America people. Beware of hidden cost when you get ready to leave. "
