Many things are visibly dirty, you can see it from a distance. In the shower, they have the smallest possible instant heat, it might work for a kitchen sink or a place to wash your hands, but the shower never gets better than lukewarm. "This hotel is special. Check-in was fast and we were met by kind employees in the reception. Breakfast was simple, and some hot food was cold and we needed to ask for dishes, spoons etc. The room was dark with noisy aircon. No bathroom tissues (!) and no hot water in the bathroom (!).
