The exterior was second-class, but the room was nice, and also clean. And very sound-proof! B+.

our room had roaches, the ac worked super well, the shower head was too grimey to use. the bed was 10/10 comfort, location is great, super close to dollywood, pigeon forge island, and everything else, also tucked away from the loud road noise, i booked a riverside view, little did i know, we were actually facing the parking lot and could see the river if we tried really hard

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, but the room was dated needs to be updated. The shower had been updated somewhat and the water pressure was good. There is no coffee pot in the room, but the room served its purpose. The staff was very helpful and extremely kind The parking was a bit tight for bigger vehicles like ours
