"Checked in 4pm, toilet didn't flush. Asked front desk to fix and will be back after Nascar race 6 hours later. Got back and not fixed. Comfort Inn owners said nothing they can do as they had nobody to fix it. I asked for refund and they said no. I checked out and spent 3 hours trying to find another hotel. I had credit card company get my money back that I spent and requested my one key cash of 126.54 back from expedia but they just offered me 30 one key cash. Expedia said if the owners give a refund, Expedia will give the 126.54 back. Well, I like Expedia, but Comfort Inn and Expedia relationship is over.Very bad business as this is the way America works. Be very bad to others with no respect.. This is ok with me as Im 60 years old. Just walk away from bad people and business"

"Breakfast was so so. The potatoes were barely cooked had a lot of uncooked pieces.The breakfast attendant was not very pleasant. Our room had a jacuzzi tub that did not work, very disappointing!"

"Nice overall hotel, 13 stories I think, we were on 10 and there for 3 nights visiting a granddaughter in college. The parking lot is large but is deteriorating and once had a controlled entry/exit system that is no longer operational. They did have a restaurant on site that we did not visit. It appeared to have a very limited menu based on online search. Room was nice but had no refrigerator or microwave. Apparently there are some rooms with refrigerators that you must specify/ask for. Didn't say anything about microwaves. Every other property we have stayed at have fridge/microwaves and free breakfasts! Shower hot water was hot enough but water volume was low. Room was extremely expensive for the area but area "express" hotels were high too. Had a lot of individuals staying there for baseball/softball/soccer tournaments so price was likely jacked up for the weekend. Perhaps weekends are always high. Breakfast was $11.00/person/day if you wanted breakfast. For what we had to pay for the room, some sort of breakfast should have been complimentary. Had a Starbucks on site. Elevators were nice. Also, must pay $12.00/day for self parking, all outdoors parking. I was not aware of the parking fee prior to checking in, my bad likely. Unless you are a platinum Hilton member the water bottles left in the room are $3.50 apiece. Cookies are still excellent that you get at check-in. I have two charges to room that I need more info on."

"The air freshener they use was really strong wge and didn't smell good."

"The pillows were lumpy and the bed was worn down on the side. The lighting was extremely limited so you had a hard time seeing in the room. The shower head went out in all directions except where it should have gone ( straight ahead). They did not come in and make our beds or bring new towels. The toilet paper holder needed screwing on better. It leaned. There were not enough towels. Kids ran up and down the halls screaming till 10:30 on our floor and the floor above us.The luggage carts were those little ones that were hard to push and very small. The tub had peeling paint around it."
