Staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were helpful with the couple of questions we had. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable, even with renovations ongoing.

The carpet in the hallways and the rooms were lifting but it looked like they may be remodeling slowly a few area at a time. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good as well.

Noisy, common areas are worn out, carpet torn, ceilings missing parts, elevator was horrible - smelled, wall finish gone, threshold filthy Basically hotel is worn out no amount of cleaning could fix it so i do not blame house keeping staff Would not recommend hotel in future

The room and bathroom were clean. I appreciated the chair, especially as I ended up sleeping part of the night in it because the bed wasn't good for my back. The blackout shades on the window worked great. Drawbacks for us were the bathtub. It had a very high side and was difficult for my husband and I to climb in. It was also pretty slippery, so we ended up laying a towel on the floor of the bathtub. The rain shower nozzle was wonderful though.
