Beautiful property, great location, friendly helpful staff. The only thing we'd like to see upgraded to coincide with the room rate, woukd be a warm breakfast offering (eggs, bacon, etc.) rather than just high-carb stuff like bagels, muffins, and cereal. Other than that, we enjoy staying here.

Beachfront Palms Resort an Ascend Collection Hotel
Elevator smelled like oil really bad. Pictures make it seem like a nice hotel but much different when you get there. They are putting rock on the outside but it still needs lots of work inside. They need to lower the cost so people don’t think their getting a run for their money.

Everyone and everything was amazing from the time I stepped out of my vehicle to the time I left to come home. The room was nice and the staff was great the entire time. Some of them even memorized my name and that felt like money well spent. The breakfast was perfect and the crab and shrimp cheesecake ...
