"Nice hotel to see Galveston. We stayed 2 nights before a cruise. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. $1 trolley 1 block down takes you everywhere. Didnt wake in time for breakfast so cant reply on that. "

"Great spot for the piece. Right across from the beach. That also means some of the metal appliances have some rust due to the salt. Staff was nice. Bed was comfy, AC works and there is the boardwalk just a 15 minute walk away. "
"This is the most beautiful hotel on the island. Great remodeled rooms, great location, gorgeous interior decorations around the resort.. lots of history about this hotel. Love the ease of valet parking (not free) and private access to beach with umbrella and chairs provided by hotel. Only complaints are I wish the pool had more umbrellas (probably 3 or 4 total).. and more staff taking drink and food orders.. pool is pretty small but not bad. "
