"Everything would have been great were it not for a couple of things that—honestly—disgusted my daughter, my wife, and me quite a bit: the bathtub stopper in our room was rusty, and there was a large amount of hair in the water of the outdoor pool."

"MY room had MOLD all over the place, I took sheets of the just help housekeeping something I do at every hotel I say at. The cover that protects the sheets had several stained of BLOOD on them. Rust all visible on the Refrigerator, water knobs There was air all of the bedding. For the price I paid that was over $600 I was not expecting what I walk into. I will never stay there again."

We were told it was not approved, then why was it offered??? We had to have housekeeping come in when we first arrived because the furniture had not been wiped down. All of the furniture had nicks in it like someone had a party and trashed the room. We took pictures just in case they tried to charge us. But the beds were comfortable and breakfast was ok."

Shampoo bottle Lid was on so we couldn’t use the shampoo provided. And single-ply toilet paper was the WORST!! Partial gulf view was as advertised. Convenient covered parking. Pool on-site was convenient."
