"Location, Location, Location!"

"Super loud air conditioner, turned on with a literal bang everytime it turned on. Location was great to walk around, but parking situation is not ideal, came back with a new door ding as the parking spots are tinny cross the street."

"This hotel was reasonably priced and had great customer service. It was a nice location. Close to the highway to get back to the airport and close enough for us to walk and get food, drinks, souvenirs, and see all of the Lundi and Mardi Gras parades!"

"Our initial room smelled of cigarette smoke. Being an asthmatic I couldn't deal with it so I waited until the long check-in lines died down and asked management if we had put in a smoking room by mistake. We were told all our rooms were non-smoking and she immediately moved us to another room. I was so grateful. Also, watch your checkout bill because we were charged for buying something in the pantry and we didn’t visit the pantry. The charges were removed. "

"Parking was secured but it’s $45/night per vehicle. The hotel is not the cleanest. The morning staff are very non chalant and dismissive, especially the on that was there on 4/10/26 at 9:00AM. The evening staff was great, well atleast the African American male at the front desk on 4/9/26 that works until 11pm! He was amazing. The hotel needs to be renovated. It’s old and outdated. It was very gloomy. Will not be coming back for sure! For the amount of the rooms I expect better service and wayyyy nicer staff than what I encountered this morning. I will continue my review on their official site and google review. "

"Breakfast was delicious, coffee phenomenal. Parking tight but loved that my rental was in a secure lot. Staff friend and welcoming and the atmosphere represented New Orleans hospitality and vibe. Thank you for making my hectic trip a peaceful one. "
