"This is a HOSTEL, not hotel. We probably wouldn't have booked here if we would have known before.
The front desk is on the first floor, the staff helps with heavy luggage.
During our stay, breakfast was changed from buffet style to plates (which had to be chosen the day before)"

"We took japanese style bedroom but the futons were super thin so uncomfortable. The private onsen was a bit smelly making the experience less enjoyable.
For the travel to reach the place, we struggle little to go by bus.
For the positive, the staff was amazing and helpful, the breakfast has lot of varieties for everyone. The room was super clean, spacious and very beautiful.
Spending time with dogs around was lovely... what an amazing concept hotel."

"Excellent stay. It was our first time using an Onsen and we had a good time using the baths after a long day. The room is clean and comfortable. "Staff were the best. Absolutely treated the guests like royalty. The suite was fantastic with the open air onsen and wooden bath. The toilet was worth mentioning... Fully automatic. The dinner was above and beyond and so much food we could barely eat it all. So fantastic! Breakfast was the best there is. Only bad thing is we couldn't eat the 2nd morning because we had to catch a train and the breakfast is not until 7am. All else was superior. Nice store across the street with great deals 500 yen for big pack of face masks. The gift shop was fully stocked with all the souvenirs and gifts you could want. I absolutely will return to this town and this hotel. Side note don quijote is still being built so double check before you make the walk. "

"We have enjoyed very much our stay. The room is huge. There is a two in one washer and dryer in the room, very convenient. The complimentary drinks in the fridge are refillable every day with beer, coke, green tea, and sake. There is free access to hot spring at another hotel 10 mins walk away. "
