Probably one of the best views in Fukuoka City - especially sunset and nighttime - would be from the observation deck in Fukuoka Tower, 123 meters above ground. It offers a 360 degree view of the city and a magnificent perspective of the sunset as the slowly fading light glistens on the western sea and hits the beach of Momochi Seaside Park and the structures in Marizon.

One of the few Zen temples I have come across. This is my fifth visit to Japan this year and this temple has some of the most unique roofs I've seen in Japan!
