"This place was pretty nice. I used one of big rooms with many beds. It was bit cold and had to pay for the parking, but the parking lot was right behind of the hotel. There is a very good donkatsu restaurant next to the hotel. "
"Besides it is hard to find the reception, everything is great. Service is excellent. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I like there is a jacuzzi inside the room. I picked this hotel because it locates very close to the outlet. If you are not driving, it may not be the ideal location for you. "
"The room is nice, the location is convenient. The checkin process is smooth. But a lot of noise from the street at night. It is almost impossible to sleep"
"The place is clean but a little small. There’s a kitchen but no dining set. It is very near the subway station. There are combis and supermarkets nearby. Shopping street is almost across the unit. It’s a bit pricey maybe because it was within the Golden week. "
"Very nice for the price. Its a bit close to
What airbib is, but the whole apartment is dedicated to it. No fancy service desk and amenities. But it does come with all the necessities like, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine (with detergents) and ofcourse shampoo as well. For the price, its a great hotel, and if i ever have chance to come back to Fukuoka, i will definitely be back here again. "
"Good location and accessible by subway and bus also walkable to the city area with lots of shopping and eateries. Hotel breakfast is simple and similar every morning with hard boiled eggs, bread, coffee and orange juice."

"Great hotel with an amazing location. Has a really fun atmosphere, with free happy hour drinks every evening, good music playing in the lobby, and a free Photo Booth. The room was comfortable, and as a bonus, the fan was really strong and I was able to hang dry my laundry in just a few hours. Only negative was that the room was quite dusty in spots, particularly beside the bed."
"Great location and staff are always friendly. Good there is a working space if you need to get some work done. Location is great as the main street in tenjin is just one block away. "
"i absolutely loved my time at UNPLAN!! the staff were all very friendly and kind, and they had several free-accommodation staff that were awesome as well. became fast friends with one of them and it made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
the bunks are very high quality and the mattresses, pillows, and blankets were more comfortable than other hostels i’ve stayed at. each bunk had ample space for storage as well as a lock box and hangers. the bathroom facilities, kitchen/lounge, and laundry areas were also very well maintained. they have happy hour and movie nights during the week, and the coffee shop in the lobby had the best caramel latte i’ve had in japan so far.
the location is very walkable, literally right across the street from Ohori Park and the castle ruins, as well as around the corner from the subway station. there is a conbini on the same block, and a 7-11 only a few blocks away.
will definitely be staying here again in the future. thank you UNPLAN for making my first trip to Japan absolutely incredible. "
"Really nice and convenient the subway is a 5 minute walk! Also being close to the Ohori park is very nice as well. Also appreciate the 24 hour staff "
