綺麗なお部屋で、スタッフの方皆さん良かったです。朝食も美味しく、特にクロワッサンが美味しかったです。所沢駅からもすぐだし、とても便利な場所です。また、野球で、ベルーナドームに行く時は利用したいと思いました。ありがとうございました。

チェックインをセルフで要求してくるが機械の仕様でセルフで完結出来ず結局スタッフがやる。 だったらセルフでやらせないで欲しい。 駐車場も数が少なく、近くのコインパーキングで有料。

駅近で、歩いて3分のところにフードコートや映画館等の複合施設があり、スーパーやドラッグストアもあるので便利だと思います。 部屋は、滞在に必要なものは十分で、機能的な作りと、清潔な印象を受けました。ビジネスホテルとしては、ベッドも硬めで、ぐっすり眠れます。ユニットバスも無駄のない作りです。 スタッフの方々は、調理・フロントの方はじめ、皆さん感じがよく、親切でした。
