"The room and reception were wonderful, and the staff provided excellent, hospitable service. However, the shuttle bus service from Yugawara Station was very disappointing. I waited for 15 minutes at the instructed location, but the bus never stopped. It drove through the rotary so quickly that I didn't even see it coming and had no chance to board. A tip for future guests: To avoid this issue, I highly recommend calling the hotel on your travel day to reconfirm the exact shuttle pickup time...

"The stay at Couscous was absolutely spot on! Beautiful glamping resort in the quiet town of Manazuru. It has good connection links to the main station if odawara. Perfect for exploring the Hakone region of Japan. The tents were very well equipt with fans, heating, usb's. Outside there was incredible decking areas with BBQs, and a large table and chairs. The site itself was extremely clean and the toilet and shower areas were always spotless and very modern. Overall I would 100% recommend this...
