"It was nice to receive a beautiful welcoming from Betsy the start of our trip. Our 2nd day we noticed my son's prada cologne was gone. I am highly disappointed that a cologne was stolen from the room. We reported it to the hotel staff, housekeeping and made a complaint. It is just bizarre that a men's Prada cologne was left on the table and all of a sudden it vanished. We checked the room and luggage throughly before I made a complaint. I didn't want this incident to ruin our trip since we were only there for 3 days. It's very disappointing to know hotel staff feel the need to steal guests personal items while on vacation!!!!"

"Great location. I paid for parking through the app but if I had to do it again I would just use the garage for half the price. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Location is amazing because it’s literally 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. But the hotel itself is outdated. Everything about it looks, smell and feel old. No upgrades nothing modern. The first day our tub was stopped up and granted someone came right away to fix it but it shows the kind of issues this hotel has. Bathroom was constantly wet and there was always a puddle in the bathroom which I believe came from the toilet. The staff were great though. I have no issues with front desk, valet or the housekeeper everyone was great. I just think this hotel really need upgrades. "
