"the room was clean but old and in need of renovations bad had to slam door to get it to shut securely the had no breakfast for is the morning of check out we went to check on it at 8 AM Nothing were there. Chairs were stacked up on top. The table, outside of buildings fallen apart no one was at the counter, you had to take. Pick the phone up to call somebody to check in when we checked out, they just had a basket there that said, leave your keys here we'll take care of the rest.They charged a hundred dollar deposit and also charged you for your room. It's the type of hotel that you kind of even wonder. If you're even gonna get your deposit back.Thank you guys for bad shape, rough service, they should not advertise free breakfast. Just one, they don't have one.That is one of the decisions that I chose that for I had to take the kids and my wife to mcdonald's.And spend forty dollars to get breakfast"

"It’s a cute little place! If you’re looking for fancy frills, that is not the place for you but if you’re looking for a clean, quiet, safe place to stay when you’re in Hershey, this is the place for you. It has all the essentials and none of the wasteful things that most hotels/motels make us pay for that we don’t need or even want, like those half shower doors that seem to be the latest bad trend. This motel is cozy and practical instead, with squeaky clean tub, toilet, sink, and bed and it had free WiFi and a nice little work area. I saw a decent-sized TV but I didn’t use it. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the Hershey area."

"The room was not very clean. The noise level at night was terrible. Staff were kind. "

"Yes I felt safe but wasn't sure when I first pulled in. The toilet didn't flush well so I had to keep manually doing that!"

"The hotel was fine. The breakfast options were good. The pool was nice for the kids, but too cold for me. The exercise room was good, but needs a cleaning. The tub drained really slowly, so that wasn't great when showering. It was too loud sometimes at night and in the early morning with fire alarms and barking dogs. The noise from the traffic on the road was also loud."

"Small rooms, kids running around without parent supervision, thin walls can hear everything. Pool is small, kids in the gym without supervision or treat it like a playground. Breakfast was not good. Water filter wasn't the best. Staff was nice. "
