The property is quiet, clean and well maintained. I only stayed one night after a day at Hershey Park. Great proximity from the park, just a few minutes. The only downfalls are the water pressure and the breakfast. I stay at free breakfast hotels because I travel with kids and they waste so much food when going out for breakfast, their breakfast was bad. No waffles or pancakes, powdered eggs, very beige breakfast sausage, no hot water, oatmeal packets instead of oatmeal … the breakfast was trash. If you’re not worried about the meal, the property is good stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of the location from Hershey Park. The floor in our room wasn't the cleanest as it was visible dirty. We had to make several complaints as we could hear the guest on the floor above us.

We had a noise issue with a broken AC/heat unit and had to move in the middle of the night because we couldn't sleep, but they were helpful. Tried to call desk, but phone was missing the cord and didn't work. Breakfast was lacking options. I wished they had more items and fresh items (fewer packaged items), but it was fine for a day. Convenient to Hersheypark which is what we needed it for. Comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. Good enough for the price.
