The room was very clean. My issue was the beds… they were so low.. barely up to my knees. The mattress (a Serta Perfect Sleeper) was flat and had a divet where many rumps had rested. For the cost of the room… no excuse for crappy mattresses.

Room was very clean, the lighting in the room was great and not hospital like. We didn’t use the pool or gym but they were both in great condition. The bathroom was stocked, the mirrors were clean, and overall it was a lovely stay. I didn’t meet a single front desk receptionist that wasn’t super duper kind and thoughtful. Highly recommend.

This is our 5th time staying at this hotel over the last 5 years. They have done a great job over that time of maintaining and upgrading the property. The staff is incredibly friendly. We will be staying here again next year when we are in PA!

Our recent visit to the hotel was okay. The staff were helpful. One of comments is that the breakfast needs more of a variety of food and different creamers for the coffee, cups need to be larger. The ride to Hershey park was easy and fun. We will definitely be staying here next time we visit.
