Every staff member we encountered was courteous and helpful ( from checking in, to the waitstaff, to housekeeping) . The $17 food and beverage credit was nice touch to offset the $35 resort fee. We had a room that had windows on 2 walls giving us a view of the inlet and the ocean. Close to all the restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

The location, price/value, and amenities. It was on the beach, very clean, and your resort fee actually gave you something - 2 beach loungers, $17 f&b credit daily, and welcome drink. You can walk to everywhere so no need to spend on uber/lyfts. Great value will stay again.

The rooms were updated and modern . Bathroom shower waa super clean. The only downside was the construction next door. Sitting by the pool was difficult with the noise and some of the construction debris were floating in top the pool. A hot tub would be a wonderful addition and its too bad there's no balconies. Other than that it was quite enjoyable

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved the room and views. There seemed to be quite a few teens and kids on the property thad were not guests there. Loved the proximity to the beach and restaurants/ shops. Would stay again.

The property was nice and convenient. The amenities were great and the staff is nice and helpful. Very clean, the bed was a little firm. The view is amazing. However be mindful and prepared for the taxes and fees for the property. Everyday there is a property fee. 18% gratuities on every purchase including just coffee. The staff at the mast is well worth the gratuity though.

It was very clean and staff very nice and helpful. Parking is not included be prepared to pay $67.00 a day horrible, and when you arrive they give you these 17.00 vouchers per day to use on food or drinks . And they tell you beach chairs are free on the beach, So when I checked out nothing is for free they charge you a daily charge of $32.00 a day for those vouchers and beach chairs so bull , I don’t mind paying for thing but don’t say there free and give me vouchers I never used because only 1 restaurant and not a lot of variety better eat on the strip,

When we entered the parking lot, the parking attendants were very welcoming, walked inside. The customer service were very welcoming with a smile and welcomed us to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The young Lady Ms.Mychie welcome to us with a smile explain to us about the facility, and all of the things that was included with our package. We told her we had came down for. My husband 60th birthday party we stepped out for a minute and came back and he had a little birthday surprise, cupcake, and strawberry sitting in the room which was so nice. The pool side was wonderful. They kept the place very clean and we really just enjoyed our State.
