The room was clean and so too the general condition on the reception areas. However, the once per week room services is very disappointing and should be reviewed. The staff were generally friendly and courteous.

Because property is pet friendly and they chose to still keep carpet in the rooms, the rooms smell like wet dogs or moldy carpet, I asked for another room but that one was smaller and had same odor. Receptionist was nice and helpful but it was out of her control.

The Candlewood smelled amazing! Transportation was excellent. Our flight was canceled. We booked a stay and was picked up from the airport ight away. The beds were comfortable. Very clean. Will stay there again.

The property looks better on line than it does when you get here. Smells like wet dog in the hallways, elevator and even worse in room. Found bug in bathroom, spots on floor that they missed with vacuum and noisy rooms next to me people constantly slamming doors. Property interior a little dated. AC sounds like a helicopter in the areas and sticky bathroom floor.
