Our room was very clean and was furnished with furniture that fit with the period of the Hotel. I would highly recommend this property as it is very convenient to every thing. The best part of our stay here was how clean and how well the property was maintained. If ypu are looking for a place.to stay on Mackinac Island look no further as this is an excellent choice."

"What a jewel! Recently refreshed earlier in 2026. Loved the well designed spaces dressed with timeless, opulent wallpaper & fabrics. We stayed several nites here in September and were absolutely delighted by the bright and meticulously manicured front lawn and back courtyard brimming of stunning flowers. Our room stepped out onto a long balcony lined with chairs to sit and enjoy the pathways of colorful floral beds. The double queen room, with fridge & safe, had a separated seating area comfy for relaxing & watching tv. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower stocked with L'Occitane products. The continental breakfast was one we looked forward to with croissants, meat, cheese, fruit, etc. Front staff were friendly and very accommodating. Such a fabulous property located just outside of the busiest section of downtown, so very walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. Bike rentals are also offered here. We cannot wait to come back to Mackinac Island and stay here again!"
