We stayed at the budget inn and they make it very clear through the booking and on the lobby door of the budget inn that you checkin/out at the Thunderbird Inn next door. The rooms were basic and felt equal to the affordable price we paid. The pools were not open but it was a cold memorial day weekend trip. I got to bring my dog for only $25 for the whole 4 nights. The carpet and linoleum looked to be original, beer caps on the top of the faucet, and the screen on the patio door was bent and would not properly open and close.
