This room was amazing! The nicest that my kids have ever seen before. Booking through Expedia helped make it greatly affordable. The front desk was very helpful and the hotel itself was clean. The waterpark was a huge perk and the fact that you could go to the other waterpark down the road also made it even more fun for the kids.

The rooms were very outdated, dirty, our room was never cleaned the whole 4 days we were there even when we requested for it. The pool and hot tub were very cloudy, people were going in the pool fully clothed. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly but that was pry the only good thing about the place.

the hallway’s, stairs , and elevator was filthy they all needed to be vacuumed. My balcony screen door wasn’t functional if I wanted to keep my balcony door opened I couldn’t because the screen was ripped wide open! our linens had stains everywhere! this is why I bring my own blankets and pillows. the room door kept banging every time people would go up and sown the stairs. on a positive note the staff was very friendly.

My grandson went into the restroom in the pool area. The owner/maintenance guy finally came and was rude and blamed my grandson. After 4( minutes they finally drilled out the lock and got him out. He is ten years old and was terrified. If that is how they handle situations I am glad it wasn’t more serious and I don’t need to stay there. On the other end the lady working the desk at check in and check out was very nice.

Staff were excellent. Room was musty and stunk like mold. Sinuses have been bad since the stay, clothes and luggage still stink left luggage outside when we arrived home. Vehicle interior still smells. The last stay there was excellent.

We've come back to this hotel multiple times , we love it ! The indoor water park , pool and hot tub are great! Even a game room and pool table. We've been during rhe summer and winter, and its always great. The only thing I wish they still had is a continental breakfast. They used to have it, and they have a very spacious dinning area. All in all, our family highly recommends!

Crown Choice did not have an open pool so we stayed at the Hamilton. Hamilton served all our needs! The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and efficient! He helped get our service switched over to Hamilton at the same rate and room type! Older hotel but it is still decent! We enjoyed many of the amenities! Pool, hot tub, workout room, breakfast! Kids all felt safe and comfortable too!

The room we stayed in, had quite a hike to get to. There was a walkway, an elevator, a skywalk, and a set of stairs. This was inconvenient with two large bags and two little kids. The room appeared dusty and had a cigarette and mildew smell. The waterpark was inconvenient but OK there is no place to change but a dirty bathroom. Very large hot tub, water appeared clean, but you could tell the park was pretty old.
