"Nice and clean room. Great location and many restaurants within walking distance. However, poor parking as there is no designated parking area for hotel guests. Otherwise, worth the stay. Will definitely come back. "

"Room was not cleaned sewer curtain dirty, shower did not drain, previous guest food was left in fridge. Shampoo bottle was almost empty I washed my hair nothing left for my husband and hair conditioner was empty. Extremely disappointed. "

"The location is great; close to two excellent malls, along with restaurants and small businesses within walking distance. The hotel was extremely clean (and smelked great), and staff was friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room. Only knock was the cost to park a vehicle. I had called pre-stay and someone told me it was $22 per night; when I checked in, the cost was $48 per night. It caused me to cancel my rental car and use ride share transportation instead."

"Most Important Fact: There IS NO LIVE PERSON ON SITE. All issues are handled with a zoom-style video kiosk in the lobby with a person on the other end who is actually in San Dimas. Lack thereof made this a terrible experience, even though the remote person tried. In the room adjoining that of my 81-year-old parents was a group of men yelling and cursing. I alerted the woman on video at the kiosk and she was going to send the (female) security person. That may have happened, but the noise continued. This noise was audible 4 doors down in my room, but horrible in my parents' room, because they had nothing but a connecting door in between, so no acoustic isolation AT ALL. No one helped. Further, the multiple Febreze plugins in each room did not cover the heavy smell of smoke, and was terrible for the perfume-sensitive. In both rooms, the fan in the bathroom was incredibly loud, like a jet engine-our fan was hanging by wires below the ceiling. There was mod in the shower grout. The table was dirty with something sticky. There were chips out of the bathroom counter and a smear of something red across the front. The water temperature of the shower when turned all the way to hot was about 1 degree above room temperature. Again, NO HUMANS beyond morning housekeeping staff. Bad neighborhood, too. We have zero idea, with such striking problems across the board, how this hotel gets a decent rating on any site. This hotel should be rated as a one-star."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. They are falsely advertising the rooms!! Not only that, when we were unpacking our car, the cops showed up because of suspicious people in the parking lot! The rooms smell strongly of chemical cleaner, the ceiling is LOW, the mold and layers of old paint are atrocious, the amenities do not match the listing. This place is a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE."
