This hotel is more on the pricier side but it is absolutely worth it if you’re visiting LA. It was only a 10 minute Uber ride from Universal Studios/City, the room was very clean and the staff were excellent!

The room and bathroom was clean which it's really important for us. The beds were super comfortable, we stayed at the deluxe double beds for a family of 4 and it has good space, the mini fridge was helpfull and we love the coffe machine we plenty of coffee. All the appliances were modern. The incluided breakfast was a plus and we love how close was for Universal studios 5 minutes away. The only think about the parking it's that they only has Vallet, you can find parking spot on the street but I didn't know how secure it was and I would love for them to have liquid body wash not only soap, that was our only sugestion, overall staff and everything was great!!

We had a great stay at this location! The staff is very helpful and personable. It was close to Universal - which is why we came to the area. Rooms are spacious. Beds were a bit uncomfortable/thin and the showers did not have much water pressure but that would be our only minor complaint. $45 amenity fee per night covers a continental breakfast(pastry, granola/yogurt, and fruit cup). $50 per day covers valet parking. They offer room service as well it was pricey but the food was delicious. Upon check out they charged an extra day for valet parking by mistake. The staff immediately removed the charge with no issues.

Our two night stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Norm, the bartender, helped ease us into our stay with excellent dinner recommendations. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The pool and hot tub were wonderfully relaxing and the continental breakfast was above average. We hope to return again and soon.
