The location of this place is great, but unfortunately, the service and overall experience were disappointing. I chose this hotel based on the positive reviews, but the first room we were assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bathroom floor was also leaking water. We asked to be moved to another room, and the staff handled our request kindly and promptly, which we appreciated. However, the guests in the room next to ours were extremely noisy both nights we stayed there. From around 9:00 p.m. until midnight, there were loud voices, shouting, and music, and nothing seemed to be done about it. I also saw another guest smoking on the balcony, even though smoking was not permitted just a few feet away from that area. Lastly, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The one we had felt worn out and in poor condition. Overall, while the location is convenient, the lack of comfort and enforcement of hotel policies made our stay disappointing.
