"This was only a place to rest my head before I flew out early in the morning, but I would definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, and the airport shuttle was quick! "

"I stayed at the Sheraton Times Square for three nights, and honestly, the location can’t be beat. You’re right in the middle of everything — a couple of minutes from Times Square, an easy walk to Central Park, and close to the theaters if you’re catching a show.
Check-in was quick, though the lobby was always buzzing with people (big hotel energy). My room was clean and comfortable, with a good bed and enough space for New York standards — not huge, but fine for sleeping and recharging after a long day out. I barely heard street noise at night, which was a nice surprise given how central the hotel is.
The gym was better than I expected — lots of equipment and well kept. Housekeeping kept things tidy and stocked without me having to ask. Wi-Fi worked well, which was important since I needed it in the evenings.
Downsides? It’s a really big hotel, so it feels more business-like than cozy, and the elevators can be slow when everyone’s coming or going. Food and drinks are pricey, but that’s New York.
Overall, I’d say the Sheraton is a great choice if you want a reliable, comfortable place to stay right in the middle of Manhattan. Perfect if you’re here to see the city and don’t plan on spending all day in your room.
Would I stay again? Yes — mainly for the location."
"We were at the end of our trip and wanted to stay in a hotel closer to the airport. Hotel LY was everything we wanted and didn’t know we needed. My only regret is that we didn’t stay there our entire trip. "
