"I got a great price from Expedia but then when i got to the hotel i got charged $275 more so the great price with the package when out the drain"

"There is only one reference for breakfast and it would close by 10:30 AM always a humongous line, never made it inside. Had to walk out to be able to get a bite to eat.. the line to get coffee was insane. My room was next to the eye machine. I had no idea until the last day. I couldn’t understand all the noise. But the hotel is in a great convenience spot walking distance to Times Square fifth Avenue and Central Park. Making a very convenient a lot of restaurants outside the hotel. The room was always cleaned every day so that made it nice to come to a clean room. Always enough towels never having to ask for more."

"There isn’t too much in the way of eating nearby or at least by foot. The air conditioning wasn’t running and the room was uncomfortable and warm. We left the window open which is hard at night with all the traffic and truck deliveries. "
