I had a mishap with my reservation before I came down and the hotel resolved it, they also helped me when i needed a late checkout and dropped my breakfast all over the elevator. I'm not used to being treated with kindness that’s above and beyond at an economically priced hotel. "

"This property is brand new and perfect spot for shopping and dining. It's extremely walkable and has a lovely park and nice neighborhoods w family friendly young couples primarily. It's only about 10 minutes from downtown, Vanderbilt and Green Hills in any direction. The staff was phenomal, especially "Special K" - Kimberly and Katherine at night."
