Even the hallways smelled clean. I would stay here again. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is nest several good restaurants and one of the best spas I’ve even visited.

The hotel is located centrally to a lot of dining options and close to the major roads. The area around the hotel offered a few dining options for breakfast and dinner.

Room was nice, hotel was in a good location. The luggage cart needed fixing. The wheel came off and my husband handed it to the person working the front desk and suggested she have it repaired. The next day we ended up grabbing the same cart and again the wheel came off. Also our room was 53 degrees when we checked in. Luckily we went to dinner and it had warmed up to 65 when we returned. Aside from those things, it was a decent experience.

Loved the area and how easy it was to walk to restaurants etc. Super cute area. Room had brackets on wall where a picture should have been. Either hang a picture or remove brackets. None of the overhead lights worked. There were kids (I think traveling baseball teams) everywhere, so the pool was crowded with no clean towels, with dirty towel baskets overflowing (I went to the front desk and was given 2 clean pool towels). We would have liked to enjoy the hot tub without it being occupied by small children. They also had a pizza dinner and basically took over the lobby, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us and overall a nice stay.

Call about the pool before arrival.

The hotel was tidy and welcoming. Unfortunately, the reason we picked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub, both of which were cloudy and greenish. I asked if it was safe for swimming at the desk and they didn't even know if was green and just told me it is monitored by maintenance so it must be safe. Needless to say we didn't go in. I would have chosen a much less expensive place had I known the pool would have been like this.

Accommodations were fine. The TV was non-functional and required maintenance personnel to come in and rectify. The Front desk did however offer to immediately change our room as a result of the maintenance personnel schedule / unavailability. The bartender was inexperienced and created drinks that were less than satisfying. However, the service itself was exemplary. We all need to learn somewhere so not a big deal. The clean folks were very courteous and professional. One future checkout consideration would be for the patron to designate a room "tip" amount since many of us tip at the end of our stay and are not 100% certain who the recipient of the room tip is going to. Since I'm sure there is an audit trail of which staff member cleaned which rooms (and when), an electronic tip method would ensure that the right staff member(s) received their fair share of the room cleaning tip. Everything else was spot on!

The parking was a little confusing since the arrow that says "courtyard" points in the exact opposite direction of the hotel and all the buildings back there look the same. Wasn't a big deal obviously but the beds and pillows and linens? Those were horrible, the pillows were very flat, the linens (i use that term loosely) felt like the hard paper towel in a pu loc school and the bed felt there was no padding between your body and the springs. The shower was AMAZING and I needed it after that night tossing amd turning. The room was really nice looking, there was hair in the sink but I just ran the water foe a second to wash it down, whatever, but the beds were really disappointing.

Lovely little getaway

We loved almost everything about this hotel… especially the location! We had a dinner reservation at Tupelo honey and it was literally out the front door and across the street—so nice on a rainy day! Closer than walking to our car would have been! The room was a perfect size and we loved the cute little sofa in there. The only thing that was baffling was the pool room. There was a huge chunk out of the ceiling. Also, the hot tub wasn’t super hot and the pool was COLD! But the room itself was a good temperature. Honestly if we wouldn’t have used the pool facilities it would have been a 10/10– and even the pool facilities could have been a lot worse—it at least seemed pretty clean in there. The breakfast was a bit pricey but DELICIOUS! Had the breakfast sandwich and it was a bit elevated from the norm with arugula and guacamole—highly recommend.
