"Our stay at EQ Kuala Lumpur was truly exceptional and easily one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The hotel is beautiful, modern and immaculate, with luxurious rooms, spectacular city views, excellent facilities and a fantastic location. Everything reflects the standards expected from a world-class five-star hotel. What made our stay truly unforgettable, however, was David. I can say without hesitation that David is, by a significant margin, the most professional, knowledgeable and exceptional hotel manager I have ever met. His attention to detail, genuine kindness, professionalism and ability to anticipate guests’ needs are extraordinary. From the moment we arrived until our departure, David personally ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect. Whenever we needed assistance, he responded immediately and handled everything with remarkable efficiency and care. He has the rare ability to make guests feel genuinely valued rather than simply looked after. David represents hospitality at its absolute finest and is an enormous asset to EQ. People like him are the reason guests remember a hotel long after leaving. Thank you David and the entire EQ team for an unforgettable stay. We would return without hesitation. Absolutely five stars."

"The security is not well equipped about the Antara Genting faciltiy Education and information needed to be given to them in order to direct the customers there One of the security said there is no sauna available but infact there is one in the gym. Otherwise my stay was ok beside the microwave and the hot plate was not working in unit 4901. I should have asked for help but it was over and it was ok overall. I love the stay, it was top notch actually."
