"There is no disposable slipper, no mineral water and no toiletries so have to prepare ourselves. Hotel location is the best with a lot eateries and shopping area around and plenty of seating areas to rest your foot. Overall is a good place to stay."

These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar.
