"We paid for the Tower view. Well worth the extra money, the view is incredible. Rooms are clean. You can set the mood lightining using the iPad. There is no kettle in the room. There is no iron, but there is an Ironing room on each floor. Rooftop bar provides great views of the City. Staff were very friendly"

"We had a lovely stay. The room was spotless, and arriving to a cool, air-conditioned room on such a hot day was wonderful. The beds were really comfortable, the rainfall shower was great, and the complimentary water, hot drinks and toiletries were a lovely touch. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, and the continental breakfast was simple but had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from London Bridge Station, and the view of The Shard and the London skyline made our stay even more special. And Bermondsey Street with love cafes and restaurants on the doorstep. We’d happily stay here again."

"Very helpfull staff all the rooms were very clean only thing that was a lillte difficult was that they did not offer any lunch or dinner opptions or ways for you to sort out you own food so u would have to go to other sites or restonts but they do offer a free ferry that is very helpfull"
