"The hotel is beautiful and clean! I must have missed the parking rates when I booked because I was surprised to find out it was $22/day or $27/day valet. That was annoying. They should offer discounts to guests! The indoor pool and one elevator is under maintenance but the outdoor pool was perfect. No hot tub and wish the pool would have stayed open later. We didn’t eat at the bar, but it looked really nice. Breakfast was not included. Quick uber right to downtown!"

"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the last few times, service has been going downhill. No room cleaning until a knock on the door late afternoon following the second night. By that time, we just requested clean towels and called it a day. The only other lacking was formerly coffee was available all day. On Sunday, after attending the Alan Jackson till after midnight, we slept in. Coffee was all closed up by noon. Otherwise I would probably stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Nashville again."

"This was an exceptional place to stay especially for the price. Room was clean- probably one of the cleanest rooms I have ever stayed in, bed was comfortable, everything in the room was in good condition. The house keeping staff were so nice and incredibly helpful. The front desk staff was also helpful, the shuttle service easy to use. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay. They also had a free breakfast that was decent."

"Great. Wonderful staff. Kind and friendly. Clean room and property. Shuttle was great. The only thing we had an issue with was the room next door. It was easy to hear literally everything in that room. Wall was so thin I could hear them using the restroom and fighting about the affair the lady was having by cheating on her husband with her boyfriend in that room. Heard the entire conversation at 4am. Could have done without that."
