"Great hotel, all good,however we chose this hotel to be able to charge our E V car overnight after a long journey however twice the charger failed. The staff did send me to another EV charging station not at the hotel . I then walked back and waited the following day for it to charge.This totally spoilt our stay. "The hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The only thing that could be improved is to fit air conditioning in the rooms. At night the room became quite stuffy and it's not possible to open patio doors at night. Apart from that - amazing"

"Very friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious room, quiet area. Superb food in their restaurant. Close to National Trust properties in the area, would definitely revisit. "

"We were told shortly before arriving that there is no bar or restaurant and no breakfast. I'm not sure if the property is still under the OYO brand? The welcome we had was very good but the bathroom had lots of cobwebs and was not very clean"
