Considering I stayed at this property 2 years ago for download festival when it was a different company, the price increased by over £200 for the 4 nights, and the hotel was still under construction and we didn't get our rooms turned over once. Close to the train station which was good, but arriving late on a Saturday evening alone, I didn't feel massively safe walking from the station to the hotel on my own as there were a considerable number of intoxicated people getting off the train at Derby as well.
