"Room was very comfortable and beds were perfect. The shower curtain was so gross and smelled so badly that I took it down and left it in the hallway. The staff brought a new one right up. Very helpful staff. Natalie at the front desk was nice and Tonya was so helpful too! Thank you!"

"The guest host was not welcoming or accommodating after trying to book another night due to flight delays. I had to check into a different hotel even they had availability but they want to charge a higher rate than the night before. I ended up grabbing another hotel same boulevard that was $150 less and much better go figure."
