Great hotel. Fantastic hospitality and great location. I traveled solo without a car and was able to walk to so many restaurants. The bar and bar staff were great also but the food menu was limited and they were not able to deliver food. The room and bathroom were great. The only thing that could make this place better would be to have a Keuring in the room and ice water in the lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay and will stay there again. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. The front desk staff was helpful and answered all my questions The only down fall was the breakfast. Go out and eat. The food was just edible. PS- There is a French pastry shop that is a a block or two down the street next to the open park.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The property was maintained very well and there weren’t any complaints. The breakfast was nice and had some good fresh fruit and healthy options. The staff was very kind and polite. My only complaint was that room service opened the door to come clean later in the afternoon and didn’t knock first so that was akward. Hotel and area are nice overall

Great location! The hotel is conveniently situated near several restaurants and grocery stores, including Harris Teeter and Whole Foods, making it easy to grab meals or essentials during your stay. Such a beautiful hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast was as good as I’ve ever had at a hotel of this class. Coffee is outstanding! We needed a later checkout due to a tournament our son was playing in, and they didn’t even blink in allowing us to check out at 2:00 with no charge. I’d we ever come back to Charlotte, we would certainly stay here again!
