Second time staying here, beyond beautiful and relaxing. Rooms are clean and upkept. Some draining issues in the bathtub but other than that it was perfect. Super close to everything and right next to the mall. Exceeded my expectations. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Amenities are fantastic.

We’ve stayed in Charlotte a few times and this was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had! Check In had a slight hiccup however patience is a virtue. Location is near dining and shopping. The grounds are beautifully kept, a relaxing pool area, rooms are nice a spacious with a balcony for fresh air, restaurant and bar onsite as well. My only complaint would be the parking lot. I’m a Hilton member and was the first that had freshly baked cookies!!

The staff were all amazing and helpful! We had an AC issue upon arrival and no vent working in the bedroom. I felt there were updates that could be made that would have improved the property. The smell in our hallway from room service trays was gross and I felt some type of air freshener would make this better. Visitors like the little things that make their stay feel like home.
