Loved this hotel! The atmosphere was great, the location was perfect, and the rooms were beautiful. We also really enjoyed the gym and bar, and the food at the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. My only complaint was regarding the bike rentals. My husband and I had planned to go for a ride, and although both of the hotel’s bikes were available, one was out of order, so unfortunately we weren’t able to use them. Since bike rentals are advertised as an amenity, I think the hotel should have more bikes available or ensure that the ones they have are in working condition. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we had been looking forward to it. Other than that, we had no complaints at all. It’s a beautiful hotel, and we had a great stay. I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I were just looking for a quiet weekend away--which seems to be hard to come by in Charlotte. We live in Fort Mill and just didn't want to go far. Our only concern when arriving was there was a wedding party checking in and they were understandably a little loud. We asked to be moved to a quiet floor/area which the front desk accommodated and we had a very nice stay. Greatly appreciated and we will likely be back. Very charming hotel and property. Thank you!

This is a fairly new hotel and everything is great. The rooms are of decent size, have very good amenities, and are very clean. The icing on the cake is the location, which is very upmarket and close to a lot of very nice restaurants and brunch places with easy access to all parts of Charlotte. We truly enjoyed our stay here, even though we stayed only for one night.
