"We had an excellent stay in Lisbon and would absolutely recommend this hotel. The location was unbeatable—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it the perfect base for exploring the city.
The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and exceeded our expectations.
The only minor drawback was the hotel restaurant. While the food was decent, it didn’t quite live up to the rest of the experience. We also attended the Fado night, which unfortunately felt a bit underwhelming and lacked the authentic atmosphere we were hoping for.
That said, this was a very small part of an otherwise fantastic stay. Everything else was outstanding, and we would happily return. Overall, a well-deserved 5/5!"
