"The accommodations were excellent and the staff at the front desk, especially Daniel and the bellman, especially Tomas made our stay amazing. Timothy in the Thames room for tea was fantastic. However, the housekeeping got a little creepy as all of our stuff got touched, moved every time they came in. The servers in the River were rude, obnoxious and over the top in waiting on us. "Property was lovely, cleanliness couldn’t be faulted. Some of the staff could have been much friendlier given the luxury status of the property. The one big complaint I do have is once you have checked out, you can no longer use the spa facilities which I think is awful! "
