"This was our second stay at the hotel and I was again impressed with it. The hotel location could not be better, easily walkable to the train station, restaurants, shopping, and Lucerne historical sites. The staff all spoke impeccable English and assisted with directions, tickets, etc. Our room was modern and clean."

"It was clean, staff was pleasant, helpful and friendly. My 3• was for a very tiny room, it was very cumbersome to use the bathroom sink, my head touched the overhead cabinet, when I bent my neck to brush my teeth. The ac minimally cooled at maximum. Was not a busy street."

"The Hotel is in a convenient location to the train station and boat piers. Hotel Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast had a good assortment of hot and cold items as well as a coffee and espresso drink maker to start your day. Nice lunch at the restaurant on the outdoor patio."

"It is wizard room. Poor bathroom, towels too small. Reception is ok. The only thing good was de ticket for transportation. And check out was at 11 am, but housekeeping knock the door before 9."

"Great place to stay in Lucerne! Very helpful and pleasant staff. Clean! Close to the train station and conveniently located to many popular sights. Good restaurant connected to the hotel that we went to for breakfast each day. We had the Park Triple and it was a fantastic size for 3-4 people"

"From check in to check out this hotel is amazing. If your going to an event at Stadion Letzigrund it’s a 5 minute walk which is nice after event not to have wait for public transportation or fight traffic in your car. The breakfast was outstanding. They will make you any kind of omelettes or eggs you like. Plus lots of other good breakfast foods. The pool, hot tub, sauna, and sun deck were relaxing. Would recommend everyone to stay here when in Zurich."
