Such a wonderful location! Great view, great walkability, very nice stay. The rooms were a little outdated and small, but comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Limited options but all was done well. Would recommend.

This is a comfortable hotel in the old town close to dining options and shopping. Staff were very helpful and compared to other accommodation options in Lucerne it was good value with breakfast included. The only negative was the internet did not work for either of us during our stay.

Easy walking distance from the train station, a Coop store was a 2 min walk, as well as the famous bridges and old town area for exploring and dining.

Super, affordable choice in Lucerne

Staff was excellent. Front desk was welcoming and when we asked where to buy a plug converter they loaned us a couple for three days. The buffet breakfast was tasty and the staff was always around filling things up, tidying etc. Room was clean with a nice balcony and a view of the river, bridges, mountains.
