"Everything about our stay at this property was great. The location was great. We were able to walk to all of the attractions we wanted to see. The were a couple of great local places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay here again."

"Clean, easy check-in, short walk to Holland Pk or Shepherds Bush stations. The kitchenette was nice for breakfast and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The street was a little noisy but we had the windows open due to the above average temps in London, luckily there was a fan provided which helped for sleeping. Found the stairwell to be very hot. Great stay!"

"Good customer service (I had to extend my stay but change rooms, the cleaning staff moved by baggage between rooms for free).
Overall clean and well maintained. The only warning I have is that the heat build up is pretty bad in the rooms and there is no air conditioning, just windows that you can open and a fan provided. I would recommend it for the cooler months but avoid it come mid June through September."

"We booked 3 rooms to stay with family. On checking in only 2 rooms were available so we had to wait over an hour for the last room. Miranda at check in was very helpful and kept apologising about the room not being available.
Breakfast the next morning was very nice, lots of choice.
All the staff we spoke to were very polite and accommodating.
We have stayed here previously and would definitely stay again, a lovely hotel in an ideal location."
"This is the perfect location if you have an early flight from Gatwick. A couple of minutes walk to the terminal. Basically it’s in the carpark of terminal 2. The hotel was clean and well appointed. The rooms are roomy, the shower clean and good, the bed comfortable, the staff friendly and the location unbeatable. What more could you want."
"Stayed for 1 night for a business visit. Check in was incredibly smooth, and reception desk staff were friendly and helpful. I was fortunate to get an upgrade to an Executive Room, which was fantastic - large, comfortable bed in a spacious room. I heard no noise from surrounding rooms and had an unusually great nights sleep for a hotel room.
And a great location, right on the Marble Arch corner of Hyde Park - just with I'd had more time to spend there. Will certainly look to stay here again in future."
"Ideally located, just a short walk to several museums and key attractions. Although a single room, it was not too small and had all the amenities that a double room would have - own bathroom, hairdryer, iron, etc. Check-in was straightforward. Both evening meals were very nice, and all staff very helpful. Overall, very enjoyable trip."
"Well, we chose this hotel because it’s conveniently located near the ferry, waterfront, and another side of London. Unlike typical hostels, we were given our own room. The room was comfortable, but the bed had a spiral mattress instead of a foam mattress, which we’ve never had since childhood. The reception staff took a while to request specific services like towels, Kleenex, an iron, and air conditioning. They could have been more descriptive about what they needed. Despite these minor inconveniences, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the waterfront hotel."
"I enjoyed my stay here very much. The location was very convenient and safe. Close to the hop on/off bus, tube station, and walking distance to Covent Garden/Theatres. Bed was comfy and my single room cozy with everything I needed for a nice stay. I thought the breakfast offerings were very good and loved the garden in the back to enjoy my coffee. The lobby is very welcoming and a nice place to sit and socialize. Will definitely stay here again when in London. "
