Very good overall

The apartment was good for a family of 4 and the host always asking for our impression and needs. Provided a lot of ammenities and extra stuff on the entry level for backup. Had heater for towels but a tiny shower space. Three things I didn´t like: there wasn´t a laundry machine or a microwave, and the noise from the pubs and parties on neighbourhood were disturbing at night (although it had double windows).

Location was excellent and communication with the agent was very good. The apartment was too hot without any air conditioning in the property unfortunately.for the amount per night I would expect some kind of air condition.

Great location. Had slight issues Checking -in as I needed to fill identify verification before which I had missed. Did it outside and it worked swiftly. Property was decent. The location is great. Tue only problem is that the property was extremely noisy. They should make it sound/noise proof.

The apartment was in a great location. Very clean and well appointed and great communication. There is no air conditioning. Just a little cooling fan and it was very hot. The street below has several bars and th street noise was loud. So you could not really keep the windows open to get air. About 4 in the morning they start dumping trash with a lot of glass bottles and it was very loud. If it was cooler and you could shut the windows it would be fine. No complaints otherwise. Just a little tight. Kitchen was good. I love the water bottles. Coffee and tea. Overall I would recommend except if it’s hot out.

Hervorragend ist die sehr zentrale Lage und die Sauberkeit der Zimmer. Für vier Personen war das Appartement beengt und bietet daher auch wenig Ablageflächen, insb für nasse Handtücher. Für einen Aufenthalt von wenigen aber ausreichend. Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was not smooth. The trip started off with no access to the access code to get into the hotel through the application. It said that we needed to pay for the stay before getting the code, which we already did. We contacted a member of their team who got us the code. Once checking in, there was no toilet paper in the room, no hand soap, the shower door was broken, the water in the sink in the bathroom was so hot it would burn your hands. The second bed which was supposed to be a pull out couch in the main room was two cushions pushed together on the floor. There were silver fish bugs on the floor under the garbage. The room overall was fairly clean and the location was good, however the stay as a whole was lacking.

While the host is fantastic and responsive, the unit has great amenities. However….is excessively loud, when the people stop drinking in the streets (around 11:30/12), the garbage trucks show up, then you hear smashing glass from the recycle trucks, then street cleaners. This went on all three nights until 5am. We wore earplugs and took nytol but could not sleep. Location is fantastic and if you can handle very little sleep, then it’s a great place. (There was a heat wave so with no air conditioning we had to keep the windows open)

We thought the location was fabulous! Tons of amenities close at hand, access to the underground and really central to go to many attractions. We even spoke with a staff who was originally from Italy and she was so lovely. It was definitely different from staying at a hotel but we really enjoyed.

Excelente ubicacion y muy buen lugar para estancia familiar. A pesar de no tener recepción el servicio de ayuda por whatsapp fue magnifico. Lo unico que podria mejorar es que el departamento del 3er piso acumula mucho calor y humedad con lo que un mejor sistema de aire acondicionado o ventilación hubiera sido ideal (havia dos ventiladores de torre pequeños)

Localisation de cet appartement assez bruyant la nuit. Il y a des pubs juste en dessous des fenêtres. Idéal pour des jeunes. Moins confortable pour une famille

I miss the mirror in the bedroom. The mirror in the bathroom was too far so it was difficult to get a good visibility of the face. We miss the microwave very much.

Appartement extrêmement bien agencé avec petits plus (gourdes, adaptateurs de prises, appareil photo). Très bien situé géographiquement avec bus et métro à proximité. Joli quartier vers la Cathedrale St Paul. L'inconvenient est malheureusement le lieu de cet appartement car au dessus d'un PUB et beaucoup de bruit le soir.

Sijainniltaan loistava siisti asunto

Asunto oli viihtyisä, jatkuva ääni jota ikkunoiden takaa kantautui makuuhuoneeseen mm. ilmastoinnista eivät olleet mukavaa kuunneltavaa varsinkaan yön pimeinä tunteina. Olohuoneen vuodesohva ei ollut hyvä istua ja se oli ruokatuolien lisäksi ainut asunnon istumapaikoista. Olohuoneen lasin takaa kuului myöhään illalla lasipullojen heittämistä roska-astiaan. Asunnon alakerrassa oli viihtyisä perinteinen brittipubi mistä kantautui kaikki mahdolliset äänet. Kun sai viimein nukahdettua aamusta heräsi työajoneuvoihin mitkä haki sisäpihalta mm. roskia. Jos on hyvä nukkumaan eri äänistä huolimatta, sitten tämä asunto on loistava paikkana. Brittibaareja ja yökerhokin sijaitsi turvallisen lähellä. Alue oli kaunis, siisti ja turvallinen liikkua. Siitä oli nopea ja helppo kulkea paikallisille metropysäkeille. Nähtävyydet olivat suht lähellä. Asunnon lähellä sijaitsi ihastuttava koditorio ja lähellä oli muutama ruokakauppa sekä monia ruokaravintoloita. Välimerellinen Haz bar and restaurant - oli loistava ruokapaikka. Asunnon majoittaja vastasi nopeasti puheluihin ja viesteihin. He toivat mm. puhtaita pyyhenliinoja lisää mitä viiden päivän lomallamme tarvitsimme. Check-in oli kätevä ja sähköinen pin-koodi talon alaoveen ja asuntoon toimi.
